These terms apply when you use nabvisions.com or buy services from NabVisions. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to them.

Services

We provide short-form video clipping, posting and product video editing as described on our website. Plan details (number of clips, delivery times, platforms) are listed on our pricing sections.

Free sample clips

Free sample clips are offered once per creator or show. You may keep and use them whether or not you buy a plan.

Subscriptions and payment

• Clipping plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars.
• Plans are month to month. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date; cancellation stops future billing.
• Unused clips do not roll over to the next month.
• Product videos are paid per order before work starts.

Your content and permissions

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all content you send us, and that you have the right for us to edit and post it on your behalf. You keep ownership of your original content.

Ownership of finished work

Once paid for, the finished clips and videos we deliver are yours to use anywhere, including in paid ads. We may show short excerpts in our portfolio only with your permission.

Posting access

If your plan includes posting, you give us the access needed to publish on your behalf. You can remove that access at any time. We are not responsible for platform decisions such as reach, removals or account restrictions.

Revisions

Clipping plans include free revisions on delivered clips. Product videos include 2 revision rounds per video. Requests that change the original brief may count as a new order.

Results

We work hard to create clips and videos that perform, but we cannot guarantee specific views, followers or sales.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
